Daylight Savings: Set your clocks back one hour before you go to bed Saturday night. Halloween Party: We will celebrate Halloween on October 31st beginning with our annual parade at2:15pm, followed by our class parties.  If your child would like to bring a costume to school for the festivities, please be sure they can slip it on over their clothes.  No masks, makeup, or weapons are allowed.  We honor a food-free celebratory environment in accordance with Parkway's food policy, so no candy or food is allowed.  If you are joining us for the celebration, please be sure to sign in before going to your child's class. e JA Biztown Field Trip: As you know, we will be taking a field trip to JA BizTown this Friday, October 20. Here are a few things you should know about our fun-filled field trip day: Bus Departure: We will leave promptly at 9:15am. Please be sure that your child arrives to school on-time. Hello 5th Grade Families, I hope that you all had a wonderful weekend! I wanted to say thank you for taking time out of your busy lives to chat with me about your awesome kiddo's. These fifth graders are unique, fun-loving, and kind. Each day, I feel lucky to work with such a wonderful group. Thank you for raising such great little people and for sharing them with me.
